Hip-hop star Foxy Brown has been arrested for allegedly threatening a neighbour she once attacked with her phone.
Brown agreed to a plea deal for throwing her BlackBerry at Arlene Raymond in 2007 - and later insisted in a song that the bad blood between the pair was 'all over'.
But the star was arrested recently after screaming outside Raymond's home in Brooklyn, New York, despite a restraining order banning her from going near her.
Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, 'was strutting' below Raymond's window, said one neighbour who asked not to be identified. 'She stuck her butt out, in a kiss-my-butt kind of way,' the neighbour said. 'She was doing a lot of screaming.'
Foxy called Raymond a 'f***ing bitch' from the street and then snarled: 'I'm going to f**k you up!', the neighbour claimed.
